Thank you for your very kind comment! I mean, people are always saying they wish they were wealthy and owned a yacht so they could sail away around the world, so by my way of looking at it, calling this a "land yacht" is a compliment.

Actually, it was more of a mid-sized wagon, this one used a Ford Torino base for the body. Remember the show "Starsky and Hutch?" They drove a Torino sedan about this vintage.
