My first ever meeting up with a Pilot at sea was something to impress. The Pilot boarded our enourmouse ship and took contol to sail us safely from wjere one turns left (north) just round the S E corcaer of China among the many islands up to Hiroshime. A great shame that I didnot have a camera, though black and white would never do justice to the tropical beauty I enjoyed.

Thank you John, camera or not you have the magical memories and they can still be shared no camera can beat that.

Thank you Rosa, I seldom use the camera on the phone, fingers to big and and stiff but must admit the quality is improving with every new model, just need to be able to make calls on my camera now, :-)

Great shot from the Phone Roger, These days they produce excellent quality shots but I do find them clumsy to take a picture with. (I use mine as a remote trigger for the FZ82.)

A lovely scene and reflections, Roger. I'm fascinated by the floating moorings and height of the piles to accommodate the tides.

Thank you George, Occasionally the tides over top the banks and from my vantage point the piles do look to be far to tall (which they possibly are), the white mark on the right hand pile is as high at it would ever need to be. Low Tide HFF
