Feeder window and cable tray, and overflow feeders through the wall. This site was originally established to provide phone services using a digital radio concentrator. This equipment, at the time of this photo, had been replaced by services using CDMA mobile technology. An earth bar enables earthing of each co-axial cable from an antenna. February 2007.

Buckambool compound. A telecoms site WSW of Cobar NSW. I was here finalizing QA on the installation of the Telsra 3g mobile phone base gear. The site was originally established for phone connection by individual radio link to a fixed home or work site, then used for an earlier mobile system. February 2007.
