Uralla is a town of of 2000 people in the New England region of NSW Australia. In 2009 the station is a safeworking site, staff and ticket working. There is a rarely used crossing loop and a currently unused freight loop siding with manual crane and loading bank.
In 2011 the safeworking has been changed to train orders.
