Thanks Diana, it'd be weird. Personally, I'd have a better idea of a tram's weight than that of a rhino and skateboard. Some other interesting measurement units.

Hi Graham,

A really strange advert.. I don't suppose you get too many rhinos in Australia anyway, never mind the skateboard!
Let us assume the average rhino weighs around 1 tonne, about the same as an average motorcar, why not a simple "Trams weigh 30 times more than cars do... What happens when they collide?"
Of course some advertising company must have been paid an enormous amount of public money to come up with this slogan!

Thanks Frans. There is a bit of using strange ways of explaining size here in Australia. I don't know how much this is used in other countries. It seems not much used in northern Europe.
