... well, I certainly do not understand the Germanic nuances of this shot ... but it looks like the economy is being lifted up by all those cranes ... and I guess that whatever is being constructed will be an architectural contrast with the buildings in the background ... (geo-location?) ...

Well, I remember my relatives from Missouri discussing those cranes we have. Uncle Bob, an engineer, told his wife that there aren't that many cranes in the US. Anyway, for us this is a regular sight. At this spot a large downtown housing area is being built. The big thing in the foreground will be the central shopping and office building. The buidlings in the background are a little older, they're the court and the city penitentiary.
