Gisela Plewe club has replied to Sami Serola (inactiv… clubMy idea is to take into the image very close and very distant objects to draw attention to the typical differences to our best known lens effects.
There are many analogous pinholes on IP, which have their own artificial fascinating flair.
My sensor is not very clean; so I have to remove some small clear spots digitally; that is no problem.
Yesterday I experimented with an impressionistic zone siev and had for my sense too much blurry and around the edges too dark results.
I hope I could help you to find the way of participating Pinholeday.
Sami Serola (inactiv… club has replied to Gisela Plewe clubMy suggestion for the sensor issue. Why not to accept all the "flaws" as they are? Just like one may intentionally replicate scratchy film or old print. So, if there is some dust on sensor, then that could only make the image more authentic.
Gisela Plewe club has replied to Sami Serola (inactiv… clubOne must concern, however, that the dust bunnies come perfectly sharp, which is not the case with lens made photos.
