Two days ago we had a lovely sunset. The is looking west from Grandville St Bridge. The Burrard St Bridge is at the entrance to False Creek. We are having some really nice weather.

Motor Sailing Race - False Creek

Our good sunny dry weather has now past. This was last Saturday. The afternoon sun produced a wonderful glow to the layers. Two sailboats looked like they were racing down False Creek. I waited until they hit the sun reflection. A warm looking shot for January..

Greek Gift to Vancouver for Hosting 2010 Winter Olympics

Finally Vancouver made a home for the gift from Greece of the Greek goddess Nike. It only took 4 years after hosting the games. It is a wonderful bronze statue... just waiting for its name plate now.
