As I mentioned to Denis, Gudrun, this could be a mafioso house.

Oops, so he's being spared! Our house decided not to remove the graffiti and tags because it only gives the sprayers a new canvas to start again...

I'm not actually sure where this was taken, Gudrun. It could be a backyard. Businesses in Toronto have to remove graffiti quickly, I'm not too sure about houses.

This would make a suitable record album cover for a Glass or early Reich composition. Title in a relatively small, austere type, and all other information on the back.

In Toronto the city makes you remove graffiti quickly. Unfortunately, that means murals sometimes get painted over because it would be too expensive to repair them.
