I love this neglected part of the Wensum. Folks are trying to gentrify it, but that doesn't seem to be working too well.

I'm glad to hear that, Amelia. Thanks. I haven't been to Norwich since 2016, and I love this part of the Wensum, too, I realize the commercial attraction to developers, I believe, though, that these sites are all still operating, I think, and I'm of the school that thinks you shouldn't take down operating buildings to build expensive housing, Norwich has done a decent job preventing that. In Toronto the developers would just have started digging, being sure they'd get approval later (I'm not joking).
