Das haben wir als Kinder oft gespielt, und keiner hatte eine gedankliche Verbindung zu den Schwarzen aus Nordamerika, die wir als lässig/imposante GIs kannten. Eher dachten wir dabei an den grimmigen Bauern, der uns mit der Mistgabel verfolgte (wenn wir wieder mal seine Kühe erschreckt hatten).

yes Isabel, we used words without thinking too much - it was easier, but was it happier ?

i remember some occasions at child time when i felt deeply hurt by words of adults, but they had no special bad intention against me, they just used the usual bad habits of speaking

nowadays we are much more aware, maybe too much sometimes

the whole situation feels like being thrown out of the paradise of innocence, into a world of awareness & responsibility
