Basilique Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre in Canada receives millions of visitors a year due in part, to its reputation as being the location for many miracles that cured the sick and disabled. It has been the site of a shrine since the 17th century. Construction of the first bascilica was completed in 1876. It burned down and was rebuilt in 1922.
