It Ain't Over 'Til the Fat Lizard Sings


Female Spiny tailed iguana, Monterey del Mar, Costa Rica These lizards are native to Mexico and Central America. They are among the fastest of all lizard species. They use their speed to escape from predators but when cornered, they will lash out with their spiny tails and bite.
