Mother with child at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial www.nleomf.org in Washington DC after at the 1998 Law Ride 'Laying of the Wreath' Ceremony. Which takes place after the annual Law Ride from the RFK Stadium in SE WDC to the NLEOM at Judiciary Square. This picture, of a member of the Prince Georges County, MD Pipeband was taken on Mothers Day, 10 May 1998. Over the years, I've also captured the husband/father at several National Police Week events who is also a member of the Prince Georges County MD Pipeband.
