Im letzten Jahr gepflanzt - es ist der 1. und bisher einzige Apfel in diesem Jahr -
Santana ist eine Sorte des Kulturapfels (Malus domestica). Sie wurde 1978 in den Niederlanden gezüchtet und ist eine Kreuzung von Elstar und Priscilla. Sie entstammt einem Zuchtprogramm mit dem Japanischen Wildapfel (Malus floribunda) und ist speziell auf Resistenz gegen den Apfelschorf gezüchtet.[1] Santana ist seit 1996 im Handel.

Santana estas specio de kultiva pomo (Malus domestica). Ŝi estis mamnutrita en 1978 en Nederlando kaj estas kruco inter Elstar kaj Priscilla. Ŝi devenas de reprodukta programo kun la japana sovaĝa pomo (Malus floribunda) kaj estas bredita speciale por rezisto al la pomarbo. Santana estas sur la merkato ekde 1996.

Het is een mooi uitziende appel, maar ik zie dat de larven er ook dol op zijn. Binnenkort heb je een appelboom die barst van het fruit.
