Clothing label

Clothing label
This is the label on an item of clothing I bought recently. I am confused about how I should clean it. :-) Suggestions please?

If you send it to a dry cleaners, then any solvent can be used, and definitely don't use bleach. But the rest of the instructions are confusing To hand wash or dry clean only? That is the question. I'd try hand washing, then complain to 'someone' if it didn't work out. ;-)

I would blot test a small area in a less visible part of the garment for colour fastness and shrinking.

Also, take it back to the shop and ask for instructions !

Thanks everyone!
The bit about the swimming pool at 40° seems clear enough, although it's a bit on the hot side for me. However, I'm not sure about the windmill, nor the person wearing a forage cap peering over a wall. But at least I will be able to park when I get to where ever it is I'm going.
