This is a stray cat, He lives in El Parque of Miraflores, with lots of other stray cats. They have no private home, but The Municipality looks after them giving them food and clean water to drink. I think there is even a veterinary who looks after them too. People are asked not to leave cats in the Parque, but to no avail.
I posted 10 photos of cats in El Parque of Miraflotes on January 6, 2022 I tried to add the PIPs here, but could not do it. :-(
