In diesen Anphoren, aus Ton gemacht , gährt der Wein, 15 bis 20 Tage . Die Weinberge" Reyna de Lunahuana" ( Die Königin von Lunahuana ) ist berühmt da dort der Wein (und Pisco) noch handwerklich hergestellet wird. Warum er hier gelagert ist, weiss ich nicht. Meistens stehen die Amphoren nebeneinander. Siehe das nächste Bild.

Das sind interessante Informationen, Eva. Wie werden die Amphoren verschlossen? --
Wenn solch rostige Dinger bei uns gefunden würden, würde man sicher sofort das Bomben-Räum-Kommando bestellen.

Die sind nicht rostig... sie sind aus Ton. Ich nehme sogar an dass in ihnen Wein gelagert ist.
