Vielen dank für Deine Frage... Ich wusste nichts davon. Ich kaufe die Yuca als Wurzelknollen, schäle die Haut und koche sie... Gebraten ist Yuca köstlich... Ich hab also nachgeschaut und hier hast Du einen langen aber sehr guten Artikel: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maniok
