Strange lights in the sky! O.o
...and so there I was in the Saguaro Park (east), still a good half-mile from the wrong trailhead (but walking back to my car on the road seemed like a better plan than trying to back-track and find the turn-off i missed in the park in the dark), and as I paused for some water I looked up and saw the moon finally coming out from behind a cloud.
Except that there wasn't a cloud in the sky, and the moon was sort of a funny shape, and then there was this big glowy blob with what looked like a comet shooting out of it...
By the time I got my water bottle back in my pocket and my camera up and pointed in the right direction it was starting to fade, but I was able to capture something before it was gone...
ETA: looks like it was the SpaceX solar orbit insertion burn. :)
