Solstice Canyon, Rising Sun trail. We went in on the solstice canyon trail, which winds through the trees along the stream at the bottom of the canyon; going back out on the rising sun trail, after a seemingly endless climb we finally came around a turn to see the most amazing sight: the trail was finally going downhill. :D

(Also, for most of the rest of the way we had a clear view of the ocean. :) )
