Edmund Bush

Here lieth the Body of
EDMUND BUSH Gent.
who in his private life
Approv'd himself to be
A Loving Husband, a Tender Parent
An Indulgent Master & a Sincere Friend.
When call'd upon to his Country's Service
He retain'd that Spirit of English Liberty
which made him above the Smiles or Frowns
of a Wicked & Corrupted Ministry.
Worn out at Last by a Long & Tedious Illness
He willingly submitted to Death
the 11 day of April 1739
Aged 60 Years.
