Lego Under-water Sculptures

From our trip to LegoLand. This are the types of sculptures you can find in the tanks at the on-site aquarium, with sharks, stingrays and more swimming around them.

I could not resist!
$5 off and a free POP! vinyl figure.
I love the original Doom, I'm hearing great things about this one, and I've enjoyed the Bethesda/id team-up before with Rage, and Wolfenstein: The New Order.
Minecraft Card Game
My kids love Minecraft (I enjoy it myself as well). So, as an alternative when we felt they've played enough games on the TV, we picked up this simple card-based spin-off game. It's a fun way to kill off the 20 minutes it takes to play a round.
Lego Dimensions Collection
Here's my current collection of Lego Dimensions sets. I think we're done buying them. Pretty sure. :)
Overall it is a fun game, and what I like about this more than games like Skylanders or Disney Infinity is that these are actual Lego toys you can play with like Lego. With those other games you get things that are more like statues that you can't really use outside of the game.
Atlas

The caterpillar my wife found a little while ago hatched from it's cocoon this week. The pretty little butterfly sadly had it's right wing damaged or underdeveloped, so it doesn't look like it will be flying.
Caterpillar

My wife found a caterpillar munching on her parsley. So we took a couple of sticks, some of that parsley, and put it in a jar to show the kids. My eldest named it Atlas, which I think is a good name and also pretty intense for caterpillar. We're hoping we'll be able to catch it turning into a butterfly and then set it free.
Game-day
About a week or two ago I posted a picture of some games me and my kids had a day of on Twitter, and figured I should post it here too!
No video games on this day, it was board games, a card game, and even dominoes.
We play these types of games often, but a couple of these were a first for us to play together.
Enjoying the day

Zoe hasn't been outside in a while, so was enjoying the moment by crushing some potted herbs.
