Each year, Airship Athena, the Athens County Historical Society, and others hold a series of events celebrating steampunkitude. It culminates with a masquerade ball.

Because of the revelers' peculiar association with the more distant reaches of the electromagnetic spectrum, it seemed prudent to capture their frolic in infrared. So I did.
