2017 9/11 Stair Challenge

Each year, Ohio University's ROTC program -- the famous Bobcat Battalion -- sponsors the "9/11 Stair Challenge" at the school's Peden Stadium.
The challenge requires participants to climb up and down 2071 steps -- the same number as there were in the World Trade Center -- in honor of the firefighters who climbed up and the occupants of the WTC who climbed down, the terrible morning of September 11, 2001.
That means they have to climb every stairway in the stadium eight times.
