Sounds like a plan


This graffito is on a support of a raised walkway leading, now, to nowhere. The dorms to which it once took students were built of sturdy brick in 1969, but are being torn down so that, if Ohio University is like other public colleges, the board of trustees can use millions of public dollars to replace those dorms with new ones as monuments to themselves.
