A garden friend


Stepped outside for a bit of fresh air and saw this common garter snake at garden's edge. She was pretty big, so I anticipate little garter snakes devouring garden insects before too long. She also looks as if she'll need a skin shed pretty soon. Thamnophis sirtalis
