Ambialet
Ambialet is a village in the Tarn region of SW France. What makes it amazing is the loop of the river Tarn which runs round most of it. This photo shows the start of the loop (on the left) and end on the right. Within this loop is a hill with a Priory on top of it, which is where the photo was taken from. Another thing is that there is a short cut for the water to take which avoids the loop. This short cut is through a hydroelectric station, which you can see here in the middle of the picture - its the large pinky-orange building. To help channel water through the hydro system, a weir has been built - not visible in this photo but several shots of it are here:
