Monument on Kinnoull Hill

The River Tay can be seen in the background. You will have seen this monument high above you if you've ever driven from Perth to Dundee on the A90.
The tower was built in 18th century the 9th Earl of Kinnoull. The tower (a folly) is meant to resemble a castle on the Rhine in Germany.
