La molène noire , ou Verbascum nigrum , a des étamines violettes ( un beau contraste avec les pétales jaunes ) , un feuillage gaufré vert foncé et des hampes ramifiées dès la base , en fuseau ou en chandelier .
Famille des Plantaginacées , ex Scrophulariacée
Pousse dans des friches , des murs , décombres , talus de route ; terrains rudéraux abandonnés et enrichis en azote et plutôt secs
