What a great perspective you have given us of our event day. Capturing the sun at just that point with great focus on the foreground but still having the sun and background hills in focus enough - really well done and beautiful.
Such a lovely photo. Is it sunrise or sunset? (I am just curious, not sure if it would make me have a new feeling about the photo if I knew the answer or not - but it would tell me something about you and your habits - ha!)

I can't ever get a good photo of the sun. I might be timid in that area, or maybe just lazy - not bothering to know the time of day it happens.

Did you know you wanted to photograph a sunrise/sunset for the event day? Or maybe you knew of these plants? I wonder if you had to take a special trip to get this photo.
