Au musée de Djamila.(Sétif)

.Conçu pour abriter les objets retrouvés sur le site, le musée est composé de trois salles, d’un jardin et d’une cour où sont entreposés statues, colonnes, chapiteaux, stèles ou éléments de décoration divers. Dans la cour, on reconnaît Bacchus, Hercule et la tête colossale de Septime Sévère. Les hauts murs des salles sont entièrement couverts de mosaïques toutes plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres (c’est très impressionnant !)

Stunning mosaics covering the walls, and a wonderful place for a museum that also houses Roman statues and other artwork. Thank you for posting this beautiful photo of this priceless museum.
