At some stage during last night's supper party it was decided that a reverse route of part of the Dava Way would make an excellent bracing bit of exercise on a Saturday morning. Emma dropped off Mark, Jet and me, at the Edinkillie Village Hall, 8,7 miles south on the A940 to let us walk home on the Dava Way. We took bets on how many walkers/people we would come across on the route home. I reckoned 4 or less, mark 5 or more.

The Dava Way Volunteer group who keep the old railway track in excellent shape are to be congratulated.
