Connage Farm Cheeses - Ardersier

This afternoon I finally turned in to the sign reading Cheese Pantry at Connage Farm near Ardersier, to find a wonderful selection of craft cheeses, made from the farm's own dairy herd, and supplemented by supplies from other craft cheesemakers. I had been in Ardersier on behalf of the Highlanders Museum at Fort George, photographing the Regimental Colours of the 79th Foot who fought at Waterloo (1815)
