Garlic in Flower?


Positive ID would be welcome! I suspect garlic as there is one beside each rose bush in a couple of flower beds. I rmember reading that garlic planted beside roses would keep bugs at bay, but of course I can't remember what else I may have planted as bulbs in those beds!
