Where are my peanuts this morning?#1
The colouring in a cock pheasant's plumage is staggering in its range, and humans can only see the half of it!
Hauled out an old Angenieux telephoto lens I used normally with my Leica R4, and attached it to the Canon EOS 50D with a conversion collar, for these shots, 400mm with wide open aperture at 1/60ths of a second, using a tripod, through the open door. Pheasant was about six feet away...
