Flammkuchen mit Hähnchenfleisch ist auch zu empfehlen, der mit Speck und Zwiebeln einige Tage später allerdings war mir zu überladen belegt und sehr, sehr kräftig ;-(, nur ein Tipp für's nächste Mal ...

Nächstes Mal wahrscheinlich erstmal wieder Stampfkartoffeln, Sauerkraut, Röstzwiebeln und "Hauswurst" (geräucherte, gebratene Mettwurst).
