It is like this in most places along the Tyne around industrial sites. There is no access at all to the riverside what with this and gates and booths/cabins with "Jobsworth" men. The silly thing is you can clearly see what is going on.....in this case they are constructing huge yellow towers for an off shore wind farm!!!
