What a pity!
My club membership was due to expire today. I decided to do what others have done and renew with ipernity on the annual basis and record the transaction with IMA. I did this one day before the news about the actual signed agreement! Anyway, I am pleased I did it as it is a small worry off my mind! If you are unsure about this, please ask me, here or by ipernity mail!
