Colourful and I imagine quiet expensive, some of these around the North Norfolk coast are in excess of £50,000.

Thanks for the visit Maurice. Most of the beach huts here are owned by the local council and rented out. I have no doubt that privately owned ones would fetch in the region of £40.000. I won't be buying one any time soon!
