Thanks very much for your visit Tanja. My guess would be the seed for the new crop but of course there will also be worms, insects etc. I have noticed that seabirds will always follow the tractor (like they do a fishing vessel) whereas crows will wait until the tractor is out of the way before alighting to feed.
