At this spot there must have been about 20 kids and maybe a few adults with whistles, one poor man across the way from me had 4 kids surrounding him all with whistles. I was just thinking to myself what kind of person in thier right mind would buy whistles in such an accoustic area...Worse yet what kind of human being would sell them to them..Just about that time
A vendor came round and it was all made clear...
"Whistles 50p, Ear plugs £30...."
