Is It or Isn't It?

I don't know, when I asked could I take his photo, he literally became 'Capt' Jack Sparraa' in front of me.

I hadn't been happy with most of the photos from Hastings Bonfire Night this year, so held onto this one. But I can resist no more.

What I do know is that this is one of my favorite photos ever, and I'd love to know who this is, or better yet get a chance to do a shoot with them again!
