Onthophagus sp.

I've looked for this guy, and never found him. Which is probably why I hadn't uploaded it, but he really was a lovely beetle.
He looks most like the Japanese Beetle but near as I can tell they are in the UK as yet.
Any help with ID much appreciated :)
