Get... Me... OFF OF THIS!
Is it just me or does he look a bit.... perturbed. I cleaned the windows today and it would appear hes managed to get his hairy wing stuck side on.

This is a tiny moth 'looking' fly called a drain fly, they are about 1-3mm in length and I've deemed them one of the cutest things in the history of the world.
