He does look warn out and ill doesn't he. Unfortunately i know little about this image and its companion www.ipernity.com/doc/buildings/37010164 they came from a car boot sale in Lincolnshire. The other image is however dated Jan 1918 so he survived until then at least. I always end up buying odd pics like this from car boots. It seems wrong to leave them without a proper home!.......
