Die fünf weissen Segel auf dem Canada Place an der Uferpromenade von Vancouver gelten seit 1986 als ein kanadisches Wahrzeichen.
Die 27 Meter langen Segel aus teflonbeschichtetem Fiberglas werden jeden Abend von der Dämmerung bis zum Morgengrauen beleuchtet.
