Ist interessant, wie sich solche Wohnviertel entwickeln - was zuerst war, wies in der 'Übergangsphase' genutzt wurde und was heute daraus gemacht wird :-)

Da erscheint München mit durchnittlichen Kanichenpreis von 20 €/qm noch fast als Schnäppchen.
