William made this huge pile of palmiers for the participants in Ride For Sight, a fundraising fun event organised by the Lions Club. It raises money for sight impairment programs.Many of the cyclists were also sight-impaired, riding on tandems with sighted cyclists. The Foster Lions Club was catering for the Tarra Bulga rest stop for the riders, and made a load of sandwiches. But the cyclists went straight past the sangers and directly to William's pastries, which disappeared within a few minutes.
