Phillip Island in early summer

We found three dead fur seals on Cowrie Beach. Hopefully not a bad sign. Derek insisted at the start that they were otters, as they had so much fur and whiskers. I had to convince him that we don't have otters in Australia, and that our seals are quite furry and fluffy when dry.
